In line with this spirit, SHISHYA: Studies and Perspectives on Law and Justice serves as an academic space for the development and transmission of critical and transformative legal knowledge, covering public law, private law, criminal law and justice, international law, corporate and commercial law, legal theory and jurisprudence, comparative law and legal history, as well as other related fields including Islamic law.

SHISHYA: Studies and Perspectives on Law and Justice encourages scientific dialogue that values methodological rigor, depth of normative analysis, and moral awareness in understanding law as a system of values, social institutions, and instruments of justice, in order to shape legal thinking that is both principled and oriented towards sustainable justice in both local and global contexts.
