Author Declaration

Each time a manuscript is submitted to the SHISHYA: Studies and Perspectives on Law and Justice, the submitting author(s) are required to complete and submit an Author Declaration Form, which can be downloaded here: [Download Author Declaration Form]. The form must be signed by all authors and include statements regarding the originality of the manuscript, ownership of copyright, the specific contributions of each author, disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest, and adherence to research ethics and the protection of human or animal subjects where applicable.

The completed form must be attached to the submission package through the manuscript submission system. Submissions without a completed Author Declaration Form will not be processed. For assistance or inquiries about completing the form, please contact the editorial office.
