SHISHYA: Studies and Perspectives on Law and Justice upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. Authors submitting manuscripts are expected to follow ethical standards, ensuring originality, accuracy, and integrity in their research.

The journal adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, covering ethical responsibilities of authors, editors, and reviewers.

  • Authors must ensure their work is original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism or data fabrication.
  • Editors are responsible for fair and unbiased evaluation, maintaining confidentiality, and avoiding conflicts of interest.
  • Reviewers must provide objective feedback, identify ethical issues, and respect the confidentiality of the review process.

Any suspected unethical behavior or research misconduct will be investigated seriously and handled in accordance with COPE procedures.
