Focus and Scope
Al-Madina: Journal of Islamic Law seeks to promote advanced scholarly discussion and research in the field of Islamic law, bridging classical jurisprudence with contemporary legal challenges faced by Muslim communities worldwide. The journal serves as an academic forum for disseminating innovative and critical studies on Islamic legal theory and practice.
The journal welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, and reviews that focus on, but are not limited to:
