Al-Madina: Journal of Islamic Law provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles are available online and can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, or linked to full-text versions without prior permission from the author or publisher, provided proper citation of the original source is made.

This journal operates under the belief that open access contributes to the advancement of science, education, and society by enabling unrestricted sharing of research findings.
